DIRECTIVE RoHS
Elettrocanali, which has always paid attention to the environment and to the customers’ needs, supplies products complying with the requirements of the European directive 2002/95/CE, known as RoHS regulation, aiming to control the use of certain hazardous substances in the production and distribution of new electrical and electronic equipment placed on the European market. The regulation restricts, starting with 1th July 2006, the use of heavy metals and their compounds, like:
-Lead (Pb)
-Mercury (Hg)
-Cadmium (Cd)
-Hexavalent chromium (Cr+6)

and a range of flame retardants used in plastic materialis, like:
-Polybrominated biphenyl (PPB)
-Polibrominated diphenyl difenilehter (PBDE)
The certification of our suppliers together with the control we regulary carry out on the materials and the process ensure that Elettrocanali products are compliant with RoHS.
